Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

There is cooperation with Prof. Dr. Gert Melville and the Research Centre for Comparative History of Religious Orders (FOVOG) in Dresden for the promotion of the members of the RIGG as well as for joint conferences in connection with the Gesellschaft für Konziliengeschichtsforschung e.V. (Society for the Research of Conciliar History).
