The Institute

Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

Jonas Eger (* 2001 in Kempten/Allgäu) entered the St Jerome's Seminary in Augsburg after graduating from high school and began studying Catholic theology at the University of Augsburg in 2020. In 2022, he was sent to Rome to study at the Pont. Collegium Germanicum et Hungaricum there. Since then, he has been studying philosophy and theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University.
