The Institute

Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

Avv. Rocco Giacobbe Vaccari (* 1975 in Thiene, prov. Vicenza) works as a lawyer at the Court of Padua. He graduated in law from the University of Padua with a thesis on the history of Roman law on the subject of "Crimen vis". His personal interests are in the field of archaeology and Roman and canon law. For this purpose, he visits the library of the Campo Santo Teutonico on occasion.
