Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.

In the meantime, a review of the Young Forum's Rome trip with pictures and lecture documents can be found on the website of the Görres Society. Despite - due to Corona - relatively short notice in the programme planning, a considerable spectrum of topics and visits was offered. The group, which was mainly made up of young historians, will certainly have experienced many suggestions for their own studies, and the RIGG has also been given a new opportunity to serve the promotion of science.
